Job Summary
Mason Blake is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Associate to join their EMEA team. As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of the business across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Building Relationships
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key investment consultants across the EMEA region, including prospecting research and rating agencies.
- CRM Management
- Maintain the company's internal CRM system and dashboards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Industry Expertise
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the institutional and consultant relations landscape across the EMEA region.
Requirements
- Experience
- Relevant industry experience with around 3-5 years, with a proven track record of building relationships with consultants and institutional clients.
- Technical Skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing a CRM system.
- Analytical and Technical Skills
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to take complex strategies and concepts and explain them to a wider client reach.
