Join a friendly Administration team as an IFA Senior Administrator at one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual with experience in providing administrative support to IFA’s.

You will be responsible for maintaining client records, preparing reports, and providing coaching and support to team members.

**Responsibilities**:
Ensure appropriate documentation is scanned and attached to the relevant client records

Prepare and format reports in accordance with Company guidelines

Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings

Obtain research when requested for protection and annuity products

Provide mortgage research for IFA’s using online systems

Obtain illustrations for products from providers either on-line or over the telephone

Undertake filing, photocopying and scanning duties when required

Process payment requests and surrenders using SLA’s and compliance guidelines

Deal with fund switch requests and also be responsible for processing fund switches online (where applicable) and follow through to completion

Obtain valuations/details on existing policies, ensuring the administration system is updated accurately
