**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**This is What You'll Be Doing in This Role**:

- Manage Project Controlling Processes and Tooling to support and align with both the GSO requirements and the local Regions.
- Ownership of Project forecasts, actuals, variances and ensure process and analysis is aligned to support the business
- Management of Risk
- Ad hoc projects, analysis & reporting
- Management of Project Controlling team and their deliverables.

**What We are Looking For**:

- Qualified accountant with 2+ years post qualification experience
- Ability to draw diverse sets of data together to deliver high quality outputs & analysis under strict deadlines.
- Experience of driving change. Proven experience in developing and implementing new processes. Able to take the initiative and demonstrate commitment towards continuous improvement
- Commercial bias with experience of managing risks and mitigations.
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, with experience of managing and motivating high performing teams. Experience of managing a geographically diverse team an advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and partnerships throughout the organization
- Strong organizational skills, multi-tasking ability, and attention to detail
- High degree of motivation, intelligence, independent worker mindset with an orientation to detail
- Proven quantitative and analytical abilities
- Strong SAP & MS Excel skills are essential
- Experience of the Software Industry is ideal but not essential
