Taste are looking for a Head Butcher
to join our food passionate team at Wykham Farm.

As the Head Butcher, you will lead the Meat team in all the
daily operations of the department.

You will be responsible
for providing every guest with an exceptional shopping experience and consistently
providing the best quality cuts of meat we have to offer.   We are proud of our Wykham Park ethos which includes
producing and selling our own home-grown produce including vegetables and own
reared lambs and cattle, all of which are sold through our shop so we can
ensure the freshest of ingredients and the premium quality with the whole of
our range. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Inventory
control       

·        
Weighing,
packaging, pricing and displaying meat

·        
Serving
customers over the counter

·        
Preparing
meat ready for cooking use by using a variety of cutting, tying and trimming
techniques.

Maintain
and clean the meat preparation area and adhere to food safety guide lines
