**The Role**

The Bilingual Collections Advisor will be responsible for the management of bookings made via Travel Agent and direct passenger channels within the International (EMEA) market. The role will include financial collections of German guest payments.
- Timely collection of booking debt owed by Travel Agents and direct passengers to all relevant brands of the business
- Liaise with travel agents and internal departments
- Ensure agent commission is paid on time and in line with agreed payment terms
- Identify potential risk due to non payment and escalating as required

Our role categories range from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President) so you can clearly see internal development opportunities. This role is a CUK13 and is offered on a full time permanent basis, with at least two days based in our Southampton office.
