**About the Team and Role**:
**This is a 6-month remote contract position that can be performed from multiple countries.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers, understanding technical roles and advising on hiring strategies
- Maintain a strong professional network, keeping on top of market trends to position Quora as an employer of choice
- Understand and action on recruitment metrics (conversion rates, time-to-hire etc) to refine processes and implement best practices in technical talent acquisition

**Minimum Requirements**:

- ** Ability to be available for meetings and impromptu communication during Quora's “**coordination hours**" (Mon-Fri: 9am-3pm Pacific Time)**
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles, including hands-on experience recruiting for AI, machine learning, or other highly specialized technology sectors
- Ability to adapt quickly to new requirements within a work in an agile, entrepreneurial team
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting (either agency or in-house)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and lead recruiting projects
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Prior full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
