**Contract KPI Administrator/Resident Liaison Officer**

**£30,000 to £40,000**

**Birmingham**

Main duties:
Contract Administration

This activity is an extremely important function, to ensure an excellent relationship with the end Client.
- Collect information for/complete 21No monthly KPI reports.
- Monitor contract performance
- KPI report content to be verified/discussed/agreed with management.
- Site and client meeting attendance as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts,

RLO service delivery

Objectives:

- To ensure the creation and maintenance of productive and supportive relationships with residents (customers)
- To resolve issues in a timely manner, thus underpinning relationships with residents (customers)
- To provide assurance to the building owner that residents are content and/or issues are being resolved.

These objectives are achieved through:

- Presenting a knowledgeable and helpful image and resolving issues through a managed process
- Awareness of the potential needs of vulnerable/disabled residents because of various health conditions and/or a requirement for safeguarding
- Coordinating prompt resolutions via the various project delivery participants
- Proactive notification to residents of impending issues
- Maintaining an audit trail to demonstrate proactive response to issues.

Essential skillset required:

- Microsoft Office competency
- Driving licence
- Verbal communication skills, ability to listen.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.

CSCS card and DBS certificate will be required.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
