**What you can expect to be doing**:

- This post will be required to support Children’s Services Managers and services by ensuring information and actions are captured effectively, accurately and completed within set timeframes. The post will be based in County Hall in Dorchester with some remote working from home.
The types of activity will cover:

- Tracking of pre proceedings, court work and permanency
- Monitoring of data and ensuring data integrity
- Hold ownership of the trackers
- Support meetings and record actions
- Follow up and chase outstanding actions
- Provide regular feedback and updates on progress
- Produce reports and provide feedback to Senior Managers
- Other administrative duties as required

**About you**:

- You will.
- Have the ability to interpret data, retain information and produce accurate, high quality work.
- Be able to communicate effectively, with the confidence to deal with a range of contacts.
- An effective organiser who is able to manage their own workload effectively, prioritise tasks and work to defined deadlines.
