Inform Recruitment is very excited to be supporting this professional firm that operates worldwide.

As Finance Administrator, you will work as part of a small finance team responsible for ensuring the financial needs of the company, its customers, and suppliers are met and exceeded.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm. The business offers hybrid working, and free parking is available for the days you are in the office. On top of your salary, you will receive a generous quarterly bonus that’s based on the company’s performance.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Processing expense claims.
- Processing supplier invoices.
- Processing payments to employees and suppliers.
- Posting cash receipt transactions to customer accounts.
- Setting up new customer accounts and running credit checks.
- Communicating with customers and suppliers.
- Chasing outstanding debt.
- Accurately tracking/recording all actions and communication with employees/customers/suppliers.
- Carrying out all ad-hoc finance administration duties as required.

2+ years of experience working in a finance/accounts role is required for this position to enable you to hit the ground running. A finance-related qualification such as AAT is desirable, but not essential.

You’ll be happy working within a small team, liaising closely with all areas of the business. You’ll be used to a fast-paced and process-driven environment where you’re required to take ownership and use your initiative. You’ll have excellent attention todetail with the ability to work quickly yet efficiently to meet deadlines. You’ll have good communication skills and a friendly telephone manner to provide the best service to employees, customers, and suppliers. Excellent IT literacy and experience usingMS Office and ERP or CRM are required.
