Our client is a successful global engineering business based in Banbury. Due to an absence within the team, they are looking to acquire the services of a Finance Administrator to work alongside the team and support them for approximately 6 months. The roleis full time, running Monday to Friday and will require you to work on site at their office.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Responsible for assisting the service teams with delivery and preparing payment.
- Collating and recording all service contract deliverables and payment milestones, from establishment and throughout variations and chargeable events.
- SAP input, billing and expediting payment for all service contracts.
- SAP input, quoting, billing and expediting sales orders for all chargeable work.
- Raising purchase orders for 3rd parties involved with delivery of service jobs.
- Identification and escalation of customer payment process failings and early detection of cost risks.
- Collation of information to support account management reviews.
- Entering bookable hours for mobile and resident engineers.
- Preparing overtime reports for payroll.

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Experience within a similar Finance Administrator role.
- Understanding of quotes, PO's and invoicing.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management skills.
- Self-motivation.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Works well under pressure.
