**Main Responsibilities**
- Raising bookings, answering calls and managing inboxes on behalf of our customers.
- Liaising with the operational teams across the company.
- Ensuring fleet inventory is up to date.
- Liaising with customer teams.
- Attending monthly customer reviews when appropriate.
- Managing customer queries, issues, and complaints.
- Running daily reports.
- Sending 48 and 24-hour text messages.
- Managing all PCO vehicles, test booking and renewals.
- Running all weekly/Monthly reports.
- Identifying any new initiatives to improve fleet management.
- Managing the vehicle damage/recharge and debtors list.
- In-fleeting and De-fleeting vehicles.
- Supporting other brands when required.
- Answering other brands’ inbound calls when required.
- Escalation of any customer complaints to relevant manager(s).
- Running weekly/monthly reports when required.
- Any other additional admin tasks where required.

**Key Skills**
- Previous experience in the automotive or logistics sector (desirable but not essential).
- Strong administration skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Good standard of PC literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to all levels, both internally and externally.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Logical and methodical approach to tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task.
- An enthusiastic and positive approach.
