**What you’ll be responsible for**:

- Collect health records as required from the Medical Records Libraries or elsewhere in the hospital and to assist with the preparation and pulling of clinic notes.
- Respond to queries relating to health records, either by telephone or in person and to ensure all health records are tracked using EPR thereby maintaining an accurate location of all records.
- Assist with the filing and scanning of patient correspondence.
- Escalate stationary requirements within the department.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

**You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust**:

- An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
- Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
- A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

**You’ll have the following skills/experience**:

- Good level of communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team member.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Packages e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Previous NHS experience. (Desirable)
- System knowledge of EPR.
