**Salary**: £21,000 - £25,000 per annum plus Veolia benefits
**Hours**: 40 hours per week
**Location**: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH65 4EF

**What you'll be doing;**
- To correctly complete documentation as required by the company, this will include but is not limited to invoicing clients, purchase orders, time/payroll sheets, updating salesforce and parts requisitions whilst ensuring that all parts, consumables and lubricants are recorded on requisitions or job cards.
- Maintain chronological job creation files, where required, ensuring that documentation is filed correctly.
- Dealing with and resolving supplier issues.
- The role holder will be required to work within Company policies and processes, including but not limited to the Business Management System, HSE and Fleet Compliance Systems and ensure that they are adhered to at all times.
- The role holder will also need to understand and be able to communicate policies and procedures to other colleagues.
- Organise and communicate purchase order requisitions and comply with purchase ordering procedures.
- To work as part of the operational team and update contractor/suppliers with vehicle and equipment status to allow effective operational planning to be implemented.
- Be proactive in supporting workshop and operations services with objectives.
- Assist with control of budgets, authorise work, control quality.
- Liaise with senior management where required to advise and supply information.
