**Fred Davies (Storage) Ltd is a warehousing and distribution comopany based in St Helens who offers a warehousing service with comprehensive stock control, they require an Apprentice Adminisration Assistant to join their team.**

**Apprentice Administration Assistant**

**£280.00 per week**

**Main duties & Responsibilities**:

- Deal with any customer enquiries including stock takes / reconciliation
- Book in drivers when they arrive on site
- Use our Warehouse Management System to record all stock movements
- Assist Warehouse Manager/Supervisor to ensure they receive relevant paperwork prior to customers products being received/despatched
- Update and process transport schedule
- Provide essential support to the team
- Undertake any other duties that may be deemed necessary

**Desired skills**:

- Previous office experience is desirable but not essential
- Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential
- Team player but capable of working independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate with ideally a good knowledge of MS Office

**Desired Personal Qualities**:

- Reliable and conscientious approach to work
- Enthusiastic, keen and proactive
- Meticulous and diligent

**Desired Qualifications**:
GCSE Level 4/Grade C & above or equivalent in Maths and English
