Night Despatch Operative

We are looking for a Warehouse Dispatch Operative to join our Night Warehouse team at our depot site in Aylesford, Kent.

**What does the job involve?**
- Responsible for the loading and unloading of vehicles
- Retrieval of stock from racking
- Pallet wrapping and movement of produce around the warehouse
- Assisting with picking orders and replenishment duties as and when required
- Ensuring stock rotation system is followed.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment.

**What we are looking for**
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Respecting of rules and regulations
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues
- Fork Lift Truck licence would be desired but not essential as full training will be provided
- Previous experience within a warehouse environment would be an advantage

Immediate start available

**Working hours**
- Shift pattern, 5 days out of 7
- 19:00 until 05:00, average of 48 hours per week

- Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We have recently diversified into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
