Night Shift Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join our Depot Management Team at the Maidstone Depot. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Night Loaders, Sorters, and Drivers in processing parcels for delivery to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a team of up to 50 direct reports, providing leadership and direction for the night shift.
- Develop and train reports to ensure SLAs are met for the night shift.
- Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations.
- Process BI and MI reports based on work output of Drivers and Loaders.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Management experience of leading and managing a team.
- Experience of managing teams in a fast-paced logistics environment is a definite advantage.
- Ability to work on own initiative in a pressurised environment to tight deadlines.
- PC Literate with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- An understanding of Transport regulations is ideal.
