We are now looking to recruit a highly organised and competent person to be a **Team Administrator** to work with a team of Case Managers who are all Health Professionals from varying backgrounds.

You will have first class organisational, interpersonal and IT skills.

The main role for the Team Administrator is to support the team in their role networking services and resources on behalf of our clients to bring about an improvement in our Client's quality of life. This includes assessing, facilitating, planning and advocating for their needs on an individual basis. This ensures that management is Client focused; that the most appropriate services are accessed; and that continuity, consistency and structure are maintained. Our work includes setting rehabilitation goals with Clients and support workers in the home setting; facilitating the client's and family's adjustment to the injuries; recruiting, training and supporting support workers; and managing care regimes.

Your main aim will be to improve the efficiency of the team and running of the office.

**What you will be working**:

- Monday - Friday
- 9.00am - 5.00pm

**What you will be doing**:

- Establish and maintain efficient office systems for filing, maintaining correspondence and progressing work ensuring appropriate actions are taken
- Provide administration and secretarial support through typing duties, audio-typing, photocopying, distribution and filing of all correspondence.
- Answer the telephone on behalf of the Organisation ensuring correct messages are taken and distributed accordingly. Receive and record referrals, deal with general enquiries.
- Work extensively, using initiative in the absence of the manager by making rapid and accurate assessment of urgent/delicate situations that can be addressed by appropriate colleagues and/or provide solutions and avoid disruptions.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail on behalf of Organisation, distribute and action as necessary.
- Monitor and order stationery requirements when necessary.
- Co-ordinate the diaries of the Team Members
- Record and manage support workers timesheets and holiday records.
- Preparing presentational material when required.
- Ensure all visitors to the Organisation are dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a courteous and professional manner.
- Arrange co-ordinate and minute various meetings ensuring all relevant paperwork is distributed as necessary. Also arrange any required refreshments, venues, travel arrangements, accommodation etc.
- Assist with the compilation, collation, production and dispatching of various documents, reports and papers.
- Liaise Clients, their families, care/support workers and Solicitors.
- Share ongoing development of the service/team.
- Identify and meet own training and development needs.
- Respond sensitively to the needs of the post.
- Assist in compile reports on key activities as required.
- To create and maintain effective working relationships with all staff and stakeholders of the Organisation at all levels.
- Undertake any other duties and responsibilities as may be determined by NCM, following consultation between NCM and the post-holder.

- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills, with a commitment to self-management and continuous personal development.
- IT literate. Use of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Flexible, professional and positive approach to multi-site working.
- Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
- Full UK driving licence.
