Community Dietetics Team Lead

Job Introduction
As a Community Dietetics Team Lead you’ll be working as part of the Community Services team in Ormskirk where we deliver services across West Lancashire.
Main Responsibilities
As a_ _Community Dietetics Team Lead you will be responsible for providing a high standard of dietetic care within West Lancashire, undertaking all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner. You will manage a complex caseload of patients requiring specialist advice on Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and provide expert clinical support to members of the community team on diabetes, home enteral feeding and nutrition support**.**
You will have a BSc Degree or post graduate Diploma in Dietetics, HCPC registration and experience of working with patients with diabetes.
You will also need to be confident using IT systems and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel.
