We’re looking for a motivated, organizational king or queen who is ready to support our fab marketing team. You will need to enjoy a fast-paced environment and love to be on the go. A no job too big or too small attitude is a must You’ll need to be friendly and personable, and enjoy administrative and practical tasks.

- The ability to manage incoming calls, diaries, organise meetings, travel and appointments.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- The skills to compile and prepare reports, presentations, build quotations and an understand of budgeting.
- The ability to be proactive and take initiative, with the ability to multitask.
- An adaptable, flexible approach to the variety of tasks and deadlines agency-life demands.
- Prepare the boardroom and facilities for meetings and arranging refreshments.
- Basic office skills such as Google Suite & Microsoft Office knowledge, with a bonus of any design softwares.
