Finders Keepers are a leading letting agency across Oxfordshire with a dedication to professionalism and quality service within the property industry.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Co-ordinator to join our team in Headington.
Main Purpose of Job
To be responsible for the administrative tasks of the office, ensuring a high level of support at all times.
Key responsibilities:

- Fulfil a key linchpin role within a busy and highly successful branch.
- Assist in promoting properties to let via the web, window displays and TO LET boards as required.
- Assist the letting team with the monitoring and progress of references as required.
- Coordinate and chair renewal meetings and in conjunction with the letting teams, negotiate tenancy renewals with landlords and tenants.
- Assist in the collection of all tenant first accounts, rent payments and any landlord or tenant deficits.
- Register new deposits for protection and administer deposit refunds within 10 days of final inventory check.
- Assisting office teams with all aspects of compliance to include responsibility in complying with right to rent, EPC, electrical and gas safety legislation.
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors and respond to incoming calls, registering & qualifying applicants.
- Attend and contribute to team morning meetings ensuring that they are energetic and focused.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Minimum two years administrative experience in similar industry or legal background
- Accuracy and an eye for detail oriented with proven planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- A positive & ‘can-do’ attitude
- Clean manual driving licence
