Monday to Friday 40-hour week -part Hybrid role from home and working between two sites one in East London-Tower Hamlets, and the other South East London -Greenwich

Our client a leading facilities company are looking for a Compliance Administrator with working knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems. You will be able to motivate, prioritise and organise effectively and have good people and communications skills with the ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levels and to support the Contract Management team as required, working closely with Compliance Officer, Engineers, Suppliers and Sub Contractors to ensure compliant delivery

**Compliance Administrator Job Outline**:
To provide administration support for contractual KPI's, compliance (e.g., Health & Safety, statutory, HTM's etc.) and other legislative requirements, to ensure that the contract operates in a manner which fully meets the obligations.

**Compliance Administrator Operations**

Assist the Contract Management with the management of the contract to ensure that all buildings operate and are maintained in accordance with all statutory and mandatory requirements, are compliant with relevant legislation and in line with the Tenant's / Client's requirements

Assist the Contract Management and the Health Safety & Compliance Manager with implementation of the Company's FM Occupational Health & Safety Management System within the contract.

Monitor contract compliance performance and identify future compliance activities

Track statutory compliance ensuring appropriate staff or subcontractors are mobilised in a manner so as to avoid non-compliance issues

Production of detailed and accurate reports on compliance.

Identify and track remedial works following planned maintenance activities and ensure documented evidence is received and held on file

Assist in the production of all operational, commercial, and client required contractual and compliance documentation

Assist with audit preparation and delivery (external and internal)

Coordinate the record keeping process to ensure the upkeep and updating of document control centre

Issue of Authority to Works for subcontractor site attendance following specified checks.

Develop close working relationships with the operational team, subcontractor parties and support functions to ensure that the contract if effectively delivered

Prepare and deliver status update reports as and when required by Contract Management team

**Compliance Administrator **General**

Ensure the image of the contracts and overall service delivery reflects the professional image of the Company

Support Contract Management, where appropriate, in the proper implementation of and adherence to corporate policies and procedures as well as relevant statute to ensure that a consistent legislatively and contractually compliant service is delivered

Help perpetuate a culture committed to meeting statutory and corporate health, safety, and environmental requirements in order to maintain safe and secure working environments

Ensure total compliance with the company FM policies and procedures

Assist in ensuring the Health & Safety Policy is adhered to and all procedures and policies as detailed in the Health and Safety Manual, including PPE non-compliance or unsafe practices.
