- You will be responsible for welcoming guests in a professional, courteous manner to ensure guests are immediately settled into a warm, hospitable atmosphere so they feel at home and to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
- You will provide all passers
- by and visitors with a positive first impression of the hotel as well as assist with the luggage delivery and collection process.
- As our Head Doorperson, you will show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guest’s special requests and challenges that may arise during the day.
- You’ll also show ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency while still putting the guest first and providing legendary service.
