67 Pall Mall is a Private Members’ Club founded by wine lovers for wine lovers and is home to the finest wine list in the world.

At 67 Pall Mall, our Membership team is central to our offering, and we are seeking a vibrant individual to join the team on a full-time basis.

ABOUT 67 PALL MALL

With 5,000+ wines representing 52 countries, with 1,200 available by the glass, the award-winning 67 Pall Mall is the home of fine wine.

The Club boasts an 18-strong sommelier team, many of whom are winners of several international competitions and elected #1 sommeliers in London.

Members benefit from a low-margin wine list and can store their wines at the Club in our original 1930s bank vault. Members also have access to an impressive events calendar and much more.

Members also benefit from all the Clubs within the 67 Pall Mall Group. Currently, we have three Clubs open for Members to use, inclusive of London we also have our first overseas expansion, 67 Pall Mall Verbier and our Asian Flagship, 67 Pall Mall Singapore.

As part of our mission to open and operate up to 10 Clubs in the next five years, we have an exciting pipeline of development ahead, which our Head of Membership will be a significant part of.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working with the Senior Team to define the membership strategy and lead the membership team in executing the strategy.
- Drive the goals outlined by the FD and membership strategy.
- Build relationships with current members and nurture relationships with the new Members.
- Review current communication templates, working with the marketing team to ensure the message and tone aligns with the brand.
- Investigate and manage complaints.
- Work with the Events Team to curate a calendar of events for Members in keeping with the Member’s survey and feedback.
- Review current partnerships and work with the Brand Lead to identify new collaborations to evolve the Member’s offering.
- Supporting the Front of House team to ensure they’re updated with all necessary information.
- Define and oversee accurate reporting weekly and monthly for the Management team.
- Collaborating with the Marketing team on strategy, KPIs and initiatives.
- Designing and implementing data analytics to assist in forecasting and strategic decision-making.
- Coach and develop the junior members of the membership team, working towards a succession plan.
- Continue to liaise with our Verbier and Singapore Clubs ensuring that efforts are aligned, and support is offered as and when.
- Scheduling and providing tours to all potential members.
- Implement and execute efficient lead generation and conversion processes.
- Build relationships with key individuals within the industry and local to the Club.
- Spend time in the Club on key days and dates to help build relationships with Members and guests and experience the Club firsthand to assist with developing the offering.
- Management of the renewal process
- Support with the administrative duties
- Work closely with the Head of Operations, Europe and Head of Business Development, Europe, on upcoming projects.
- Keep up to date with data protection laws for European entities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Experience working in a private members club, leading a membership team
- Extensive knowledge of excel and desire to learn more.
- Previous knowledge of varied CRM and database management
- Smart and well-presented individual.
- Able to work autonomously but keen to drive forwards as a team.
- Skills within analytics.
- Organised and keen on the structure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Experience with public speaking and presenting.
- Experience in building and executing a strategy.
- Past experience in managing a team.
