You will join us on a full time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between **£25,631 - £35,564** **per annum, plus staff benefits.**

**About the role**:
Cambridge Regional College, Cambridge Campus - Kings Hedges Rd, Milton, Cambridge CB4 2QT

To primarily teach in the department of Creative Industries, Digital Media, Sound for Television, Film, Interactive Media and Radio. Levels 1-3. May also be required to teach on other programmes at levels 1- 5 as the department grows and develops in line with market needs.

To be able to provide focussed tutorial support and progression advice for learners

Reporting to the Curriculum Team Leader

No line management responsibility

**What we are looking for in our role**:
Working to professional expectations, meeting deadlines, and being a part of a team are also integral for the role. Knowledge and experience of some or all of the following are also beneficial: Creative Media Production, Radio production, and Audio/Music for Film, TV, Animation, and Games.

The role also requires the ability to work with learners from diverse academic backgrounds - to promote equality and understanding. This involves facilitating learner development through discussion, guidance, and direction. The role also demands the ability to encourage and support learners into alternative progression routes than H.E.
