We have an exciting opportunity for somebody truly awesome to join our team, developing and coordinating **SS EVENTS LOGISTICS **around London

This is important to us not only because it’s our way of supporting the future, but it’s our main strategy to support events specialist that will guide our logistics business growth and profits.

You will be in a team with 2 other specialist, an advertising & social media specialist. Finance, business and accounting specialist. As a team of 3 you will guide and develop our future event planners to success.

**THE ROLE**:
What we are looking for
- Knowledge and experience in event management is necessary.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide clients with assurance, in a calm and confident manner, during pressurised times.
- A requirement to be flexible and support your colleagues especially when covering holidays, sickness, and days off. Managing & developing venue relationships
- Engaging with customers, creating unforgettable night/day
- Planning routes and liaising with venues
- Building relationships & negotiating arrangements with new venues
- Admin tasks (after events, as required)
- Driving License

Operationally managing the day of a wedding from the morning until the evening party is in full swing This involves the logistics and any other help clients may require on the day.

You will be responsible for the planning and on the day management for weddings, corporate and private events that take place, it also involves hotel management, completing administration, as part of the planning and booking process. You will be working within a team of enthusiastic, dedicated, and professional people.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
