**Company Overview**:Our client is a leader in client relations and sales, located in the heart of London. Their success is built on a strong foundation of teamwork, dedication, and creativity. As they continue to grow, they are seeking an Event Coordinator to join their team and play a vital role in their success.
**Position Overview**:As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various sales team events and activities. You will work closely with our client's management and sales staff to ensure that events run smoothly, effectively promoting team collaboration and achieving our client's business goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with management and sales teams to understand event objectives and goals.
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including team-building activities, meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Handle event registrations, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
- Create event marketing materials and promotions to drive participation.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly.
- Post-event evaluation and reporting to measure the success of each event.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality services.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Previous experience making various calls throughout day
**Working Hours**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
**Benefits**:
