Reporting directly into the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for establishing the digital marketing strategy to ensure each channel is optimized. Working closely with the wider marketing team with two direct line reports that you will train anddevelop, you will champion digital best practice, instil strong testing & reporting practices, and be encouraged to generate new ideas using data-driven insights.

Core responsibilities:
Working as part of the marketing team, you will be responsible for the digital marketing strategy, bringing digital knowledge and best practice to the forefront for continued optimisation.
- Responsible for the multi-channel digital strategy
- PPC - you will optimize spend, test new campaigns and gather learnings to continuously improve performance.
- Social media - establish a social media strategy an ensure year-round activity and reporting to optimize output and performance
- Review event websites to optimize the different customer journeys and improve UX, and implement an SEO strategy
- Implementing strong campaign reporting, testing and optimisation practices with a focus on conversion rate optimisation.
- Responsible for the marketing budget as it relates to digital channels to maximize spend
- Align the digital marketing strategy with the overall business objectives and work with the marketing managers to establish priorities
- Manage, coach and develop two team members to jointly achieve campaign plans and KPIs
- Develop campaigns to better cross promote our events and media products and increase engagement across our Group.
- Champion the adoption and optimisation of digital marketing technology and digital marketing
- Build a culture of testing and metrics-driven decision making in the teams

**Qualifications**

Your Desired Skills
- 2+ years in a digital marketing role
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Hand’s on experience with marketing automation tools: E.g: Eloqua, Marketo, MailChimp, Hubspot or similar,
- Paid social and SEM experience, setting up and managing campaigns
- Experience with CMS Tools E.g. AEM, Wordpress
- Fluent with reporting tools e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
- Experience establishing and implementing an SEO strategy
- Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience managing and developing a team is preferred
- A positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and proactive behaviour
