**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented Content Creator with a broad set of creative skills to join our team to help us grow our business. As our Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content across various platforms to support our brands in the gardening and landscaping industry. This role requires a strong command of written communication, creativity, and the ability to create content in different mediums.

You’ll be hands-on with writing content and creating web pages for our ecommerce websites day to day, with a splash of product photography and filming. We would expect you to have the fundamental skills for the role, including copywriting, creating web pages for e-commerce, graphic design, photography and photo editing, filming and basic video editing before starting as you will need time when joining the business to learn about our products and industry.

We work with an external creative marketing agency that sets the digital strategy, provides our content briefs, and manages our paid promotion. They also provide video editing services. You will support their efforts by creating content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our digital marketing efforts. You will also support the wider business by creating help guides, product leaflets, brochures, website banners and any other assets required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce diverse media content, including help guides, blog posts, product descriptions, brochures, and product videos to support our content marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage e-commerce listings on various platforms such as our company website, Amazon, and eBay, ensuring product descriptions and content are optimised for both SEO and conversions.
- Work closely with an external digital marketing agency to align content with strategic marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console and Semrush to enhance content effectiveness and SEO.
- Participate in the creation of new e-commerce websites and expand our digital footprint.
- Engage with the wider team to ensure content relevancy, customer engagement, and alignment with company goals.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Organise and maintain extensive information related to products, content, and marketing strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
- Proven experience in digital content creation across various formats (text, graphics, photo and video).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (or similar) and familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience with content management systems such as Shopify, Magento, Squarespace, or WordPress.
- Understanding of SEO principles and experience with digital marketing tools.
- Exceptional research and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex tasks and maintain detailed organisation.
- Background or strong interest in gardening/landscaping is highly preferred.
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or related field, or 3+ years of equivalent experience.

**Work Environment**:
This is a hybrid role requiring the flexibility to work hands-on with products, filming and photgraphy and collaborate in-office, with the option to work remotely up to two days per week. You will be working in a clean, well-equipped modern office with excellent staff facilities. This role requires some overtime during peak periods. You will also be required to travel for work (tradeshows and events). Peak periods run from March through to September.
