**About us**:
We are looking for a dynamic and fast-learner **People & Culture Associate** to work with our amazing and busy international team.
**You will be based in our office nearby Bath - The Glove Factory Studios.**
**Role Overview**:
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible, and good communication skills. We want you to be our next international talent recruiter, with the support of the HR Team. We’re looking for someone who can operate effectively and who can manage multiple tasks at once without becoming overwhelmed and has an intense desire to learn about the fascinating world of technology.
As part of your responsibilities, you will also be helping us manage our office and all related tasks.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Ownership of the Recruitment process:
- Assisting the Hiring Manager/Team with recruitment duties.
- Create job descriptions.
- Conducting initial phone or virtual screenings.
- Managing the CV database.
- Assist with employee onboardings and offboardings.
- Work closely with the HR team in the following fields:
- Performance Management System;
- Learning, Development and Career Plan;
- Employee Engagement;
- HR Dashboards and Analytics.
- Come up with new and innovative ideas for HR & Recruitment.
- Assist HR in any other requested tasks within the office and the team.
- Maintain office supply inventory.
- Support social meetings and cultural events.
**Essential Skills**:
- Preferable with a BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Experience with G Suite or Microsoft 365 - spreadsheets, documents, presentations;
- People’s person;
- Willingness to learn;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and verbal);
- An ability to demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and strike a balance between employee and company needs while keeping everybody happy;
