**Job summary**:
We are looking for Operational Learning Specialists to join our brilliant Knowledge and Learning team. This exciting opportunity has become available due to the expansion of our great team - we’ve got a really positive culture of growth and personal development.

This is an exciting time to join our team and you will play an integral role in offering varied learning solutions to our Customer Delivery Directorate (CDD). You will lead and manage our learning practitioners in designing and delivering our technical learning programmes, supporting our operational teams through periods of change - now couldn’t be a better time to join us

**Job description**:
You will be:

- Leading a team of Operational Learning Practitioners. Guiding them through excellent learning programme design and encouraging creative thinking.
- Partnering with operational leaders, to identify skills gaps and advising on effective learning and assessment solutions within CDD.
- Establishing strong working relationships with a wide range of colleagues across Companies House.
- Creating and delivering bespoke learning interventions to support operational excellence.

**Person specification**:
We’re looking for Operational Learning Specialists who are:

- Confident leaders - able to provide direction to achieve results.
- Engaging leaders - with great interpersonal and coaching skills to develop and guide your team through a period of change.
- Proactive in developing and maintaining positive and professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent communicators - both verbally and in writing.

And who have:

- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- The ability to effectively manage multiple strands of work, often with competing priorities, with a track record of efficient delivery.
- A proven track record of working in Learning and Development.

**Where will you be working?**

This role is a hybrid role that will be aligned to our Cardiff office, as this is where the team are based. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to attend our Cardiff office for up to 5 days per week depending on business need. As a hybrid worker, when business need allows, you may be able to work partly from the office and partly from your home.
