Job Description

**Support Students in Their Academic Journey**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Itec Training Solutions. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students as they complete their assignments and implement learning programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their academic goals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with tutors and other support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective support system.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with young people and/or a passion for making a difference in education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Disability Confident Leader certification.
