Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join our team at Victim Support. As a key member of our Learning and Development team, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences to support the growth and development of our staff and volunteers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs, coaching, and mentoring. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning, and supporting the development of our staff and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to support the development of our staff and volunteers.
- Develop and implement learning strategies to meet the needs of our organization and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and senior staff to design and deliver learning projects.
- Conduct needs assessments, analyze data, and make recommendations for learning and development initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, and external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in learning and development, and apply this knowledge to inform our learning strategies.
