Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

Antony James Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our client's team in South or Mid-Wales. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering high-quality training programs that equip employees with the skills and confidence they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training courses that meet the needs of employees at all levels
  • Advise on external training providers and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
  • Support employees in achieving vocational qualifications and career development goals
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to implement effective learning programs

Requirements:

  • Level 4 qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent
  • Experience working at a senior level in the Health and Social Care sector
  • Extensive knowledge of vocational qualifications and regulatory frameworks
