**Job summary**:

**Job description**:
You will be:

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to complete the full learning cycle, from the identification of learning needs and desired outcomes, to the design and development of a range of blended learning solutions including; classroom and virtual delivery and e-learning packages, that align to the 70:20:10 learning model.
- Delivering our training programmes to groups of varying sizes - this will involve everything from large group presentations and training sessions to post-training support.
- Contributing to the successful implementation of new legislation and changes to our systems, by working with project teams to deliver new polices, processes and learning solutions.
- Introducing a range of tools and techniques to encourage people to share knowledge and self-learn.

**Person specification**:
We’re looking for learning practitioners who:

- Have a passion for and experience of working within learning and development - including enjoying learning new things themselves and who are proactive about their own professional development.
- Are confident, enthusiastic communicators - to build strong and trusted working relationships with others and be comfortable presenting and facilitating best-in-class learning across a range of stakeholders and group sizes.
- Can create and evaluate engaging learning programmes that cater for all learning styles.
- Have good attention to detail - to think through details and impacts with a critical eye to focus on what really matters.
- Are independent and organised - taking responsibility to meet deadlines and are flexible to respond to emerging issues and changing priorities.
- Take initiative and enjoy working as part of a team to achieve common goals.
