A forward-thinking company with a strong culture and values, we require a dynamic and enthusiastic experienced full time, permanent Social Media and Office Administrator to join our growing construction and facilities management business.

Working as part of our growing team and reporting to the Head of Pre-Construction, the successful applicant will be responsible for Social Media activities as well as Pre-Con administration, working closely with the Estimator liaising with Sub Contractors and clients as required, this is a hands on role and the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the necessary skills and knowledge to fulfil the role in a thorough manner and possess a high level of attention to detail, with a creative flair.

The position would suit a hardworking and committed individual who's looking to progress their career within a forward thinking and expanding company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- First point of contact for new business enquiries.

**Social Media and Marketing**:

- Proactively manage all the companies social media activities, including generating content and content plans and proposals.
- Track performance of social media activity and identify trends.
- Assist with the production of case studies for completed projects and for new marketing material.
- Act as the coordinator for the company website, generating new content whilst ensuring it's passed to the web developer in a timely manner.
- Provide support to the Head of Preconstruction by identifying and tracking new opportunities both reactively and proactively
- Keep the sales tracker/tender pipeline up to date.
- Attend weekly Social Media and Marketing team meetings and report on activities.

**Preconstruction Office Administration**:

- Issue Pre Qualification Questionnaires to any new subcontractors and suppliers, review responses, chasing up where required and monitoring expiration of supporting documentation, and carry out credit and reference checks.
- Create tender folders and electronically file all tender documents.
- Send out meeting invites for tender settlement meetings.
- Assist the Estimator by chasing subcontract quotations and logging on Procore.
- Updating the Sales Tracker with wins / losses and client feedback.
- Attend weekly Preconstruction team meetings.
- Upon contract award, set up the new contract folders ensuring all the relevant information is electronically filed, to enable the construction team to deliver the project.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Administrative experience, at least 3 years.
- Social media experience is essential, experience of Canva, Photoshop and other content creation software is desirable.
- Ability to work conscientiously with a high level of concentration and follow company processes.
- A keen eye for detail, quality and accuracy.
- Ability to generate accurate and engaging content for social media channels.
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Trustworthy, reliable and highly organised.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work, with a willingness to undertake all tasks required of the role.
- Adapting to changes in procedures where applicable and being happy to step outside the specific job description role if and when required.
- Self-motivated and adaptable.
- Excellent IT literacy, including Excel.
- High quality communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player, who strives for excellence with a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
