Our Client is currently looking for a**Theatre Practitioner / Senior Theatre Practitioner/ SFA** to join their nursing team within this private hospital in Liverpool.

This particular service is performing GOOD with the CQC and holds an excellent reputation offering healthcare in a variety of specialities.

We are recruiting a Theatre Practitioner where you will support across a variety of medical and surgical procedures covering either discipline.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate their passion, enthusiasm and commitment to theatre nursing and willingness for continuing professional development. You must be an effective communicator, organised and have the ability to make decisions withinyour scope of practice.

As a Theatre Practitioner at this hospital in Liverpool you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will actively promote best practiceand contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Scrub experience
- Registered with the NMC or HCPC RN or ODP (Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner)
- Genuine interest in working in a theatre setting
- Must have experience of working as a perioperative practitioner in and across surgical teams

This is a full time position 37.5 hours per week the working pattern for the role covers a variety of shifts so flexibility is key

As a **Theatre Practitioner** salary will be Band 5/6 equivalent £26,000 - £35,000 per annum department on experience and qualifications + excellent benefits package
