Theatre Anaesthetic Team Leader

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated theatre anaesthetic practitioner to join our growing team as a team leader in anaesthetics. Overseen by a new matron and management structure you will specialise as a senior anaesthetic practitioner within both obstetric and gynaecological theatres. Currently undergoing a period of transformation our department has welcomed the introduction of a Davinci Robot and a second obstetric night team. Our dedicated education team are focused on ensuring staff development and opportunities, providing excellent training programmes. Training also includes a leadership and development program, aiming to create managers and leaders of the future.We are looking for forward thinking and highly motivated staff who can take the lead, acting as a role model to junior staff and facilitating new initiatives, change and policy development. Previous obstetric experience is desirable. Must have minimum of two years theatre experience.
