**Housing Services Officer**
This post is based at Link Housing's Paisley office. However, hybrid working is available with this role and flexible working options may be considered.
This role is being offered on a temporary basis until September 2024 to cover a maternity leave.
**The Role**

Housing Services Officer’s are responsible for the delivery of quality housing, estate and property management services to our customers. The postholder will ensure that the allocation sign ups and settling in visits are conducted in accordance with Link's policies and procedures, manage, report and carry out abandonments/evictions in accordance with procedures and undertake regular annual tenancy visits.
The postholder will also be required to ensure effective arrears management and take action in line with policy and procedure, as well as actioning and resolving anti-social behaviour complaints.
Based in Paisley, a significant proportion of work will be out-with the office environment, post holders will be required to hold a current driver's licence and have their own transport during business hours.
**About You**
It is also essential that you have experience of all aspects of dealing with wide range of housing management issues, in particular arrears control, void management, Anti Social Behaviour and tenant participation as well as demonstratable experience of working in partnership with other voluntary agencies or professional bodies.
