Part time Administrative Assistant required for busy central Edinburgh Office
B&GS Landa Ltd is a multi site retailer with branches in Edinburgh, Oban, Aviemore, St Andrews, Inverness, Fort William and Pitlochry
The position involves a variety of administrative tasks
Experience is preferred, please note that after a satisfactory 6 month trial period hourly rate will be reviewed

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Part Time Administrator**
**16-20 hours per week over 5 days - Monday to Friday 10am-2pm**
**£11.44 per hour with review after 6 months in post**
As a background the company is a private limited company and has three trading arms. Retail, off licence retail sales and property management. The company has a team of over 150 people and trades from over 35+ sites in central Edinburgh, Fife and Highland.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Administration, transaction processing on Excel, data entry, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, assisting with preparatory work for monthly payroll for 150+ employees, recording sales information, taking ad hoc telephone calls.
Assisting with ad hoc office duties as required by the Office Manager and the Directors.
Reporting to Office Manager, Accounts Manager and Directors.
