Join us as our Business Support Administrator, to provide administrative support to our Head of Asset Management and the wider team, who will be the first point of contact for both internal and external partner organisations and agencies, resolving day to day problems independently.

The Asset Management Team process invoices for Rent, Service Charges, business rates, utilities and waste for our own buildings including tenant areas and for those we rent from other parties.

You will provide high quality administrative and finance support, to include preparation of documents, arranging and attending meetings, raising invoices, purchase orders and call off orders, checking and coding invoices, matching and receipting PO's, analysis of invoices and data entry into spreadsheets and databases to support the team.
