**About us**

Waterside Blinds are a long established, family run business, supplying blinds, shutters and curtains to domestic and commercial customers across the South.

We are looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly organised Business Operations Assistant to join our team and provide support to the Directors and the business as a whole.

Responsibilites will include;
Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures, maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems.

All areas of finance, invoicing and debt management, as well as a review of these processes.

PA support to Directors, keeping the senior management team organised and supported.

Support to the office team, answer customer enquiries and problem solving any issues.

Ad-hoc HR responsibilities, such as recruitment and absence management.

Social media management/strategy.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£29,500.00 per year

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
