**OVERALL SUMMARY**

Join the Corporate Asset Solutions (CAS) team where you will support the onboarding of the new business introduced from the fast-paced sales avenues of the company.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role requires a high level of accuracy, being methodical and organised with excellent attention to detail. There will be interaction with external parties including customers, brokers as well as with internal departments.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend to new business enquiries ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aware of the progress of their proposals.
- Manage the administrative life cycle of opportunities, from proposal through to completion and pay-out; communicating any requests for conditions or missing items for pay-out in a timely manner to the relevant party.
- Undertake FCA and DPA checks to ensure compliance procedures are met.
- Undertake credit checks and packaging opportunities for consideration by the Credit team.
- Accurately generate documentation to ensure a smooth pay-out.
- Undertake telephone delivery checks with customers and suppliers in line with departmental procedures.
- Collate information and update in-house systems, utilising all appropriate authorised IT services.
- Ensure that agreements are uploaded accurately to the Administration system to pass on correct information onto the Customer Services Team.
- Ensuring that all payments/commissions have been documented, received and paid where relevant.

**WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF**:

- You are customer service-focussed with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You have a practical problem-solving mindset.
- You're able to multitask and adapt working styles when required.
- You have exceptional interpersonal skills

**ITS NOT ESSENTIAL, BUT IT WOULD BE GREAT IF**:

- You have previous experience in a Customer Service and / or Business Administration role
- You have prior experience in Financial Services.
