The Scheduling Department is an essential team within the North East Ambulance Service. The team works collaboratively with the Operational staff within the Trust to ensure that we have a robust workforce in place to meet the busy demand.
You will manage staff rotas, ensure capacity & demand is met & clinical colleagues & resources are allocated & utilised appropriately. You will need to work independently without direct day to day supervision & be able to time manage appropriately.
