**The Role: Project Coordinator**

As a Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of their projects, ensuring that everything runs smoothly from initial client interest through to project completion and beyond. Your passion for organisation, customer satisfaction, and attention to detail will drive successful project outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating closely with their Sales Team, clients, and suppliers throughout the project life cycle.
- Ensuring that the anticipated benefits of their IT solutions are fully realised for their clients.
- Overseeing effective project organisation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Managing diaries and coordinating meetings as required.
- Working closely with internal departments, including Sales and Technical Support, to ensure the best customer experience.
- Developing a strong pipeline of work with clients and managing cases/projects with efficiency.
- Providing regular project tracking and reporting to management.
- Facilitating cross-activity within the business to foster collaboration and seamless execution.
- Elevating their service delivery through the implementation of disciplined processes and work instructions.
- Maintaining excellent communication, both verbal and written, to keep an end-to-end view of active cases, tasks, and project statuses.
- Demonstrating dedication by learning their system to acquire comprehensive software knowledge.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of essential processes and work instructions.

**About the Department: Implementation**

The Implementation team is dedicated to ensuring that their clients' journey with them is smooth and successful. As a Project Coordinator within this department, you will be at the forefront of transforming dental practices with innovative IT solutions.

**Reports To: Operations Manager**

As a Project Coordinator, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, working closely together to achieve strategic objectives and maintain operational excellence.

**Working Arrangements**:
You will be based at their modern office in Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, and they offer flexibility with the following options:

- Option 1: 08:30 - 17:00 with a 1-hour break.
- Option 2: 09:00 - 17:30 with a 1-hour break.
