Job Title: Project Coordinator

Vacancy type: 6 Month fixed contract

Salary: To be discussed

Location: Newcastle

SRG are working with a company that specialises in rapid diagnostics in the Northeast of England. We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Management Team to provide general support and to ensure product development remains on track.

You will be a high energy, organise, and proactive individual, with great communication skills. Experience in talking to a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally is a must. To be successful, you will need experience managing science or engineering projects.

The main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain Gantt Charts and project plans.
  • Tracking deliverables.
  • Working with scientists and engineers within the company to ensure communication is maintained between teams.
  • To aid the delivery of projects to time and within budget.

Role requirements:

Degree qualified in a science or engineering related background.

Proven experience managing or supporting the management of scientific or engineering projects.

  • Ability to work to the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies in line with ISO13485 standards.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Be eligible to work full time in the UK without restriction.
  • Excellent work ethic and strong communication skills.
