Admin/PA Support to the Director

Admin support to the Contracts Manager and Finance Team.

Manage online portals to ensure Compliance.

General office administration.

Maintain filing systems, paper and electronic.

Proactive approach. Liaise with and maintain good relationships with Clients and Suppliers.

Strong sense of Initiative and ability to multitask.

Adapt to varying work situations and be flexible.

Follow procedures and seek ways to improve operations and implement approved ideas.

Be numerate and collate paperwork for timesheets & expenses weekly to calculate weekly payroll for subcontracts payments.

Collate paperwork for Finance team weekly.

The role will evolve as you work to assist the team meet overall business needs.

Flexible hours

Min 20 hours per week

Pay negotiable and depends on experiance

Good level of English - written and verbal

Organised and self motivated. Ability to work as an individual and be part of a small team.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

IT Literate - Use of Office365 - Knowledge of Spreadsheets a must.

Reliable and confident with a positive outlook.

Ability to prioritise tasks and to ask questions.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
