**Are you the right person for the job?**
- Previous experience as an office administrator within a construction company preferred but not essential
- Strong communications skills
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft package Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Sage 50, Eque2 knowledge would be an advantage
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Experience working with a sub-contractor is desirable
- Someone who is proactive and highly motivated
- Potential to make the role your own and further your opportunities as the company grows
- Confidence in fulfilling all the duties listed above

**What will your role as an Office Administrator look like?**
- Operational admin telephone and receptionist duties (greeting clients/suppliers that visit the office, offering teas coffees)
- Opening and distributing post
- Company compliance administration
- Project onboarding (ordering PPE, Equipment for new sites)
- Booking training courses when required
- Responsibility for company fleet/insurance
- Assisting accounts with sub-contractor administration
- Booking Hotels, managing TFL charges/parking on sites
- Managing fleet vehicles/insurance
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Taking and logging enquires on the Eque2 system
- Ensure each office’s operational processes are working effectively
- Organising meetings and managing databases/portals
- Managing and taking minutes when needed
- Booking transport and accommodation for subcontractors
- Helping organise company events
- Day to day management of existing administration personnel
- Provide full administration support to Directors
- Possibility to learn some light bookkeeping tasks (purchase ledger invoice processing, expenses etc)
