**Customer Support / Onboarding Executive**

**Reports To**

The Customer Support / Onboarding Executive will report to the Customer Support Team
Leader.

**Job Overview**

Connect with customers both over the phone and via our ticket system. Providing excellent customer service to trade customers to assist them with any account issues they may have as well as offering them add-ons to their current service. Dealing with tickets that come in from homeowners and trades to resolve their queries and provide them with assistance.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Speaking with prospective trade customer with a view to onboarding them to our service
- Speaking existing trade customers: o To advise them on our service and help onboard them o With a view to retaining any trades who are wanting to leave the service o To assist with any issues they may have with our service o To upsell our services to customers
- Responding to customer tickets on an ad-hoc basis when additional ticket support is needed
- Contacting homeowners in relation to trade disputes to ensure that the trade has given factual information and is eligible for a refund
- Issuing refunds to trades for invalid job leads
- Dealing with any other tasks to assist the business as and when they arise

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Must be confident and able to sell via the phone to warm leads
- Be self-motivated and driven to solve problems
- Ability to problem solve, balancing the needs of all users of our services
- Willing to assist other areas of the business as and when required

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
