**Job Purpose**

This is an amazing opportunity for someone to get involved in a dynamic company which is transforming the ways businesses think about their data and to be an integral part of some exciting projects from day one.

At EZ-base we are always looking for ways to innovate and support our clients, especially when it comes to their product data. To enable this, we need to ensure that we have outstanding product information and content, which includes key details of products such as images, videos, documents and more. We have a great team to support this whose primary focus is working alongside our partners to source, upload and enrich everything that goes into our database.

As a product data coordinator you will have responsibility for the importing, cleansing and enrichment of supplier data that is loaded into our system. You will act as our liaison with a variety of clients, maintaining regular contact with them and providing data support when required. For users to get the most out of our platform, you will provide professional guidance and training which will enable them to align their own web systems with ours and achieve full integration with EZ-base.

The primary focus will be to ensure the product data provided by our suppliers aligns to our high criteria and standards which will provide the distributors, and ultimately their customers with easy access to data and unlock purchasing opportunities across any digital channel.

This is a permanent position.

**Key Accountabilities**

**Role Purpose**
- Responsible for the importing, validation and enrichment of supplier provided product data into the EZ-base platform.
- Responsible for guiding suppliers on data mapping, evaluation and enhancement of their own data.
- Responsible for advising distributors on linking their products and fully integrating with the EZ-base data architecture.
- Responsible for managing and supporting supplier and distributor accounts, providing additional data support services when necessary.
- Responsible for ensuring data governance processes are followed at all times.

**Role Objectives**
- Learn how to fully use the EZ-base platform, both EZ-catalogue and EZ-web.
- Advise and train suppliers on how to optimise their product data and use of our platform, ensuring the data we host continues to be high quality and is always being refined.
- Assist and support distributors to link their products to the EZ-base data and contribute to growing the number of users integrating with the system.
- Provide valuable input to the ongoing development of data policies and procedures for the company.
- Identify opportunities to improve EZ-base processes and ways of working.
- At all times provide our clients with an exceptional standard of service as their professional data partner.

**Key Technical Skills and experience**
- Essential to be confident in using Microsoft Excel, able to create lookups and formulas.
- Should be analytical and have an exceptional level of attention to detail.
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team, as well as working on solo work streams.
- Self-motivated and can work autonomously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
