The company is experiencing significant growth and are looking for a motivated individual to join our ever expanding business.
Countrywide Grounds Maintenance South Wales was formed in May 1997 and operates a high standard of service nationally through a network of regional depots experiencing successful growth year on year. Countrywide South Wales currently employs over sixty grounds maintenance operatives who maintain approximately 3,000 sites, through Its twenty-five maintenance teams.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Monitoring Company policies and compliance
Liaising with suppliers and contractors
Updating computer records using databases
Fleet and asset management
**Other Responsibilities**:
Human Resources
Administration tasks
Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
**Essential** **Skills**:
- Experience of working in an office environment
- Experience of working with Excel and other Microsoft packages including Outlook or similar
- Good communication skills
- Courteous and professional telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team but also be motivated and self-accountable for tasks
- Excellent time keeping skills and a flexible attitude to the working day
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks and manage to-do list efficiently
- Liaise with all relevant parties to ensure all processes are effectively administered within the Company
- Flexible and open to change
- Motivated to develop and upskill
